‍Brandon Hoverd and Kiri Hoverd bring deep, frontline real estate expertise. Brandon built one of Australia’s fastest-scaling independent agencies, generating over $10M in GCI in just two years.  He has helped grow and advise more than 20 real estate agencies across Australasia under leading brands like Ray White, Harcourts, LJ Hooker, Raine & Horne, and Bayleys. Kiri has been the operational backbone behind these ventures - designing the systems, automations, and frameworks that enable teams to scale efficiently and sustainably.

‍James Neilson-Watt and Delsey Daruwalla bring cross-industry leadership and business-building expertise, having grown multiple seven-figure companies in health and professional services. Together, they’ve coached and consulted with over 1,000 business owners, helping their clients generate more than $300 million in revenue by implementing scalable systems, high-converting sales processes, and operational strategies that remove bottlenecks to growth.

While their backgrounds differ, what unites them is a shared belief: that real estate is ready for reinvention, and agents deserve a model that delivers both profit and freedom.
